Setting Your Global Variables

Global Tyler Deploy variables need to be setup by your entity first thing when configuring Tyler Deploy. These are variables used across Tyler Deploy for functions like email, etc.

1. Login to Tyler Deploy with your Tyler Community credentials.

2. Click on the Hamburger menu from the homepage. Click on Global Settings.

   

3. Enter values for your Contact Email and Tenant Alias for New World ERP. Spaces are discouraged in this field.

   Note: The Contact Email should be the email for the system administrator. The Tenant Alias is typically the entity's name, such as XXXXXX County, City of XXXXXX, or Town of XXXXXX. A value of Logos is not allowed in this field. The Tenant Alias should not be changed after a deployment of New World ERP has occurred to any of your application servers. It is used to preface the application pool and services names for all of your servers.

   The Customers Account Number should default for you based on your CRM account login. Save the values when complete.
